UHP springless tied-diaphragm low-pressure reducing regulator, VCR type, in 1/4" and 1/2". High flow — Cv 0.5. Body in 316L or VAR (double melt) stainless, electropolished. Inlet to 3,500 psig (238 bar), outlet 5–150 psig. Metal-to-metal sealing, inboard leak rate to 1×10⁻⁹ atm cc/sec helium.
