By using this site and our services you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

Eligibility and use: the site is for lawful purposes only and subject to these terms. Do not misuse it, disrupt its operation, or attempt to reach areas you are not authorised to reach.

Customer accounts: the company's customers are given an account on this site. An account is personal to the contact it was opened for; you are responsible for keeping the password safe and for anything done through the account. If you learn of use that is not yours, tell us at once. We may suspend an account where there is reason to believe it is being misused or its security has been compromised, and we will say so.

Customer-specific prices and confidentiality: the prices shown in an account are the prices agreed with that customer. They are confidential business information, given to you for the purposes of our dealings only, and must not be passed to a third party, published, or presented as a general price list.

The commercial side is for businesses: the ordering and quotation side of this site is intended for business customers acting in the course of their business, not for private purchase. For that reason prices on this site are shown before VAT, and VAT is to be added as required by law.

Products and requests for quotation (RFQ): product information is general. Sending a request for quotation creates no contractual obligation on either side. Prices, availability and specifications may change without notice, and a binding engagement arises only through a written quotation and a purchase order.

Manufacturers' pages: manufacturers' catalogue pages, specifications and images are presented as received from the manufacturer. Where the site and the manufacturer's document disagree, the manufacturer's document governs — and we would be glad if you told us, so that we can check.

Intellectual property: all content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to the company or its licensors and is protected by law. Do not copy, modify, distribute or create derivatives without our prior written permission.

Automated collection: content, prices and data may not be collected from this site by automated means — including crawling, scraping or automated tools — without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer: the site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. A manufacturer's warranty for a product, where one exists, is the warranty that applies to that product.

Limitation of liability: subject to applicable law, the company and its employees or representatives will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, arising from use of this site.

Governing law and jurisdiction: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Haifa, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
