GasPro TEM-400 series ultra-high flow PTFE-316L in-line filter for semiconductor gases, rated to 2,123 l/min (75 scfm). PTFE membrane and polypropylene supported cartridge in a welded, 10Ra electro-polished 316L stainless steel housing with 0.19 m² (2 ft²) of media. 0.003 micron particle retention, 250 psig and 93.3°C (200°F) maximum.
