TEM-800 · High Purity PTFE-316L In-Line Filter
GasPro TEM-800 series high purity PTFE-316L in-line filter for semiconductor gases. PTFE membrane and polypropylene supported cartridge in a welded, 10Ra electro-polished 316L stainless steel housing. 0.003 micron particle retention, 750 psig at 20°C, 80°C maximum temperature. Cleanroom manufactured and 100% helium tested.
